At Flowence Global Services, we strive to provide our customers with reliable and transparent inspection and reporting services. Because our work involves professional time, effort, and reporting, we maintain the following refund and cancellation terms:
1. Full Refund Eligibility
You are entitled to a 100% refund if:
• You cancel your booking before the inspection begins, OR
• Flowence Global Services is unable to carry out the inspection due to scheduling or accessibility issues.

2. No Refund Eligibility
Refunds are not available once:
• The inspection has been completed, AND
• The inspection report (written or photo documentation) has been delivered to the customer.
3. Rescheduling
• Customers may reschedule an inspection once at no extra charge if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
• Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur an additional service fee.
4. Processing of Refunds
• Refunds (if eligible) will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
• Flowence Global Services does not issue cash refunds.
